My mother came back from Laos this morning. During lunchtime we have a big and delicious lao meal ! So I’ll share you the secret (or not) of the Lao’s traditional food !
- Tam Mak Houng : Tam Mak Houng is among the main dishes Lao appreciated for its freshness and lightness. High in taste, weak stomachs: abstain! Recorded and spicy, Tam mak hung leaves no one indifferent.
- Nem Thadeua : Nem Thadeua is a traditional recipe lao which rarely appears in cookbooks or culinary sites. Unfortunately, this dish is less known than the others.
That’s my favorites meal ! There’re others but.. I’m so laaaazy. Sorry sorry, hum.
